Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in order to use StellarSync. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Ensuring authorized use of workspace access for all team members.
Promptly notifying StellarSync of any suspected unauthorized access or breach.
Subscription Plans
Starter, Growth, and Agency are paid self-serve plans. Managed includes managed setup and support and does not use self-serve checkout.
3-Day Free Trial
Starter, Growth, and Agency begin with a 3-day free trial.
No charge occurs today, and payment information is collected during setup.
Users may cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.

StellarSync is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or third-party failures may impact your access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StellarSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
Termination
StellarSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present security risks, or fail to comply with payment obligations. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through workspace settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Illinois law.
